Production
The grapes are harvested manually and transferred to the cellar where the grapes are crushed and destemmed and then fermentation begins on the skins for 5-6 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Soft pressing of the marc and decanting to make the must clear, processing and preserving the typical fruit of this grape variety.

Tasting notes
It has a cherry red color, intense and with persistent aromatic notes of strawberry and elderberry. In the mouth it is fresh, easy to drink, vinous.
Pairings
It is perfect with pasta dishes such as pasta and beans, or with all the typical Piedmontese cold cuts, soft or medium-aged cheeses.
Ideal if accompanied by grilled meat (BBQ) dishes.
