Production The Flower’s Y is a rosé wine produced by the white vinification of Dolcetto d’Asti grapes, fermented with Chardonnay grape must.
The fermentation, lasting no more than 5-6 days, takes place in thermocontrolled steel tanks
with a capacity of 50HL. The final must is purified by decanting and filtration.
The subsequent addition of Cabernet, allows to obtain a coppery color that gives the wine
extreme elegance.

Total acidity 5.27 g/l

Tasting notes:
Color: salmon pink with coppery reflections.
Aroma: fruity and floral with particular notes of pear and apricot.
Taste: elegant and balanced, with good acidity and persistent finish. Clear notes of pear and
apricot that surround the palate.

Pairings:

Ideal as an aperitif. Excellent with shellfish such as lobster, crab and prawns.
Ideal with medium-aged cheeses, figs and melon.
