Production
The Flower’s Y is a rosé wine produced by the white vinification of Dolcetto d’Asti grapes, fermented with Chardonnay grape must.
The fermentation, lasting no more than 5-6 days, takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks with a capacity of 50 hl.
The final must is purified by decanting and filtration.
The subsequent addition of Cabernet, allows to obtain a coppery color that gives the wine extreme elegance.

Total acidity: 5.27 g/l
Tasting notes
Color: salmon pink with coppery reflections.
Aroma: fruity and floral with particular notes of pear and apricot.
Taste: elegant and balanced, with good acidity and persistent finish. Clear notes of pear and apricot that surround the palate.
Pairings
Ideal as an aperitif. Excellent with shellfish such as lobster, crab and prawns.
Ideal with medium-aged cheeses, figs and melon.
