Production The grapes are harvested manually in baskets
and selected in the vineyard, to then be transferred to the cellar to begin the pressing phase.
This is followed by the alcoholic fermentation phase, inside steel tanks at temperature
controlled, for a period of about 6/7 days.
Maturation takes place in the bottle for a period of at least 2 months.

Wine with an extraordinary floral bouquet, with tropical and banana hints. An elegant, young and persistent white with a floral, aromatic, velvety and harmonious fragrance.
Ideal if accompanied by fish dishes, in particular soups, shellfish and spaghetti with clams. Excellent paired with seasoned cheeses such as Raschera and the “Piedmontese toma”. Perfect when accompanied with Piedmontese meat ravioli seasoned with butter and sage.
