Production
The grapes are harvested manually in baskets and selected in the vineyard, and then transferred to the cellar to begin the pressing phase.
This phase is followed by the alcoholic fermentation process, inside steel tanks at controlled temperature, for a period of about 6/7 days.
Maturation takes place in the bottle for a period of at least 2 months.
