Harvest manual with baskets


The grapes are harvested manually in baskets and selected in the vineyard, and then transferred to the cellar to begin the pressing phase.

This phase is followed by the alcoholic fermentation process, inside steel tanks at controlled temperature, for a period of about 6/7 days.

Maturation takes place in the bottle for a period of at least 2 months.

Tasting notes

Wine with an extraordinary floral bouquet, with tropical and banana hints. 

An elegant, young and persistent white with a floral, aromatic, velvety and harmonious fragrance.


Ideal if matched with fish dishes, in particular soups, shellfish and spaghetti with clams. 

Excellent paired with seasoned cheeses such as Raschera and the “Piedmontese toma”. 

Perfect when accompanied with Piedmontese meat ravioli with butter and sage.
